Ok, after installing the first (!) recommended windows update (ati driver update), it bsods again 
minidump attached ...
edit: bsods occur when running verifier, with normal usage it seems (!) ok for the moment but I'm a bit afraid that when it bsods using verifier, the system isnt stable ...
