Was wondering if anyone can help me.
pls thank you.

I've attached some of the dump files too.

All the dumps crash at alcan5wn.sys, which is the USB modem driver. From other forums it seems that updating the driver solves the problem.

hi
thanks

i went to check out the alcatel website and found that my modem is discontinued.
i made a check with my isp that provided me with the modem and the driver is the "most up-to-date"

i'm using the Alcatel Speedtouch USB
The driver version is 140.3.0.1800

is there another ways i can do to rectify this problem?

thank peterdiva

i missed out on the /USB

will try out and see if it still shutdown.

many thanks!

hey thanks peterdiva!
