Randomly appering Circles/S

I have randomly appearing circles on the screen which act as mouse pointers. They click on everything in the center of the circles when they appear. Regular comp mouse reappears at the circles centers. Sometimes it disappears completely.

I have tried many malware removers and reinstalled windows twice: once with saving my files feature, the second time with cleaning all the files feateure. Nothing helped. They were back almost immediately.

I don't see anything suspicious in your logs.
On a top of it since you reinstalled Windows there is no chance for any virus to survive, if it was any.
Moving this back to Windows forum.
