A laptop like Razer Blade 15 would be preferred by anyone who wants power in a portable package. People who travel a lot and like to game; people who move frequently; people who want only one computer for work, regular use, gaming.
I used to prefer my own assembled desktops, but now I want a laptop just like what the Blade offers. I am glad all the various market segments are now being catered to. Full power seeking desktop users, transportable but not mobile-use friendly desktop replacements, thin and relatively light multipurpose laptops like the Blade.
