re-installing windows 98 se

Ok I have a computer running W98SE and for some reason the computer crashes when I try to acces "My Computer" or "Control Panel" what I want to do is reinstall Windows. The first problem that I had was the product key. I bought this program called "CDKeyExtractor" and got the key. Now my problem is that I dont have a copy of W98SE to install it. Do you guys know where I can buy a copy?(something that I dont have to download because I have a very slow internet connection) also is there any program I can use that is very helpful to deal with this kind of crashes?

gee I sold all my W98 disc to (looking through draws)
try ebay or amazon very cheap
you can check with local liberary see if you can go online and
burn to disc there
if you can find a iso on internet

at this point if pc can be upgraded I would look for W$K pro
lots of internet wholesalers ship out oems without keys as backup copys
cost is around 20.00 USD last time I came across
