Record mic and speakers?

I have Realtek HD Audio Sound Manager on Windows XP. I want to record mic and speakers at the same time (I have an USB camera integrated into the laptop).

Is there a way to enable "Mic Volume" and "Stereo Mix" in Realtek (or in somewhere else - perhaps in Windows Movie Maker ...)?

Where should I configure it and which video video-capturing software should use to record it?

Not sure what your trying to achieve, why do you want to record the mic and speakers at the same time.???

I want to have music background for instance. If I play the music in Winamp and record video with "only" Mic Volume enabled, the final outcome is really bad, because laptop speakers are really bad. That's why I'm seeking for another way to record audio from speakers when video is capturing.
