Physical Memory usage is still a bit higher than normal when idle. The time it takes to get to the welcome screen is still a bit slow. After the microsoft loading screen, It's a black screen that flickers, than the mouse appears, than the waiting circle around the mouse appears, and finally the welcome screen appears about 15 seconds later. Didn't do this before, but thinking it may be driver related.

RAM usage in Vista is irrelevant as Vista handles RAM in a different way than previous Windows versions.
