I really wish there was a one-stop website to download instrumentals, but I haven't found any as of yet. If you want to find them you'll just have to google each track individually.

As far as "good songs to remix" it really depends on what you consider "good". It might help to mention what genres your looking for.Techno, Pop, Hip-hop, etc.
