Repair files in used computer

I just bought a used computer..now
I just turned it on and it needs to repair its files so I clicked that option now it has an
Error...code F3-F100-0010 and then tells
Me to turn off the computer by pressing ok
How do I fix this please help me

Did you get an Operating System with your purchase? If not what do you plan to use? Usually it is really good idea to 're-format' and do a clean install...otherwise there may be 'monsters'....
