Here's a link to 40 pages of processor comparison charts. http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/07/16/cpu_charts_2007/It (obviously) will show you where your P4 fits into the grand scheme of things. It should be noted that the 541 is a Cedar Mill core. The Cedar Mills are generally regarded as a big improvement over the Prescott series.

In My Own Defense Let Me Say......
Yes, It is a Prescott. All the new Cedar Mill processor numbers end in ( 1 ), I missed the 5. In the 6xx series a 6x0 would be Prescott, a 6x1 number would be Cedar Mill. That's my excuse for the blunder, and I'm sticking to it.
