I just got an ASUS P5LD2 R2.0 motherboard. I ordered R2.0 and that’s what my board and box said. Thought all was good. After a little research, I found that bios was reporting v1.0 as well was ASUS Probe and CUP-Z. It was also reporting an i945G/Gx Chipset rather than i945p. Could the software be wrong, because there is no video port or anything in BIOS to turn on or off? If they sub the i945p for the i945G/Gx Chipset, will it hurt performance? I’m using an E6300 with no problems.
