When I first turn on my computer, my monitor displays the initial screen (motherboard name, instructions telling me to press DEL for setup, etc.) and then goes beserk:
I can't use the reset button on my case, so I have to turn my computer off by using the surge protector. When I try to turn my computer on again, it stops posting. I haven't changed any settings or downloaded any programs that could have caused something like this to happen. Is this caused by specific hardware, and is there any way to fix this?
