Show the apps view automatically when going to start

Hi, I have tried setting this in gpedit to no avail. Any suggestions?

In Windows 10 if you go to "Show the apps view automatically when going to start" in gpedit.msc you will see all the information needed.

I have tried editing the reg, also no joy.

User config/admin templates/start menu and taskbar
