Slow computer - 8 steps done

My computer has been very slow starting, slow loading from the internet, slow downloading emails, and very slow when multiple programs are open.

I did the 8 step virus removal instructions and the 3 logs are attached.

The computer seems faster now.

But I would like someone to review the logs to see if there is anything else I should do.

Uninstall your McAfee Antivirus
Then run the McAfee Removal Tool

Uninstall Symantec (Norton) Antivirus (there is one file running for this)
Run the Norton Removal tool

Uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware (it has served its purpose)

Install Avira free AntiVirus

Start up Malwarebytes again; Update it; then run a full scan (remove all found Malwares)
You need to run this multiple times, until all hidden Malwares are uncovered and removed
