Solved Slow computer and high CPU usage

Hello broni!
Sorry for the inconvenience. Problems with the CPU have reappeared. Previously the CoinMiner affected the file systeminfo.exe, and now the file notepad.exe (using between 75 and 99% of the CPU). In addition, the main HDD (C: ) appears as full, although I free space on the HDD, uninstall programs or delete files, it re-fills and does not allow me to run many programs or perform installations due to lack of space.
