I was having issues playing clips and videos so someone suggested I reinstall windows xp to repair the issues I was having. So as I was reinstalling i got some messages telling me to contact the manufactor because the following items will cause software issues at some point and time. It also said they did not pass the microsoft logo test. The software items are the following: universal host controller, soundmax integrated digital audio, another host controller, and two other graphics controller. Who do i get in contact with to see what the issue is or what do i do?
