"Open the Control Panel, choose 'Manage 3D setting' and 'Antialiasing - Mode'. Now tick off 'Override any application setting' and force your favorite Anti Aliasing level in 'Antialiasing - Setting'.
Radeon
Navigate through Catalyst Control Center in a similar fashion.
