I have added you on steam, (my name is hopgop1 on there) I would love Arkham asylum and worms reloaded for Awesomenauts and Dear Esther, I have the steam keys and if you would like to trade message me on steam!
 
So, everything eventually comes to an end and here we are now. I barely have time to sleep which means that I have no time at all to sell/trade games. I'm cashing out, completely, however, I'm not selling them all at the moment for money since PP is being an *** atm. I'm looking to sell all at once for "pure" TF2 junk (keys, metals, buds) and below is the complete list of what I have.

If you have to buy them, they are technically not gift games. They have to be given first, before they are gift games. Once you buy them, you should have the option to resale or gift them as you see fit.

Whether true or not, I'm going to call BS to that regulation. That is aching to telling a pawn shop owner they can't sell merchandise, that comes to be in their possession as a gift. If I have anything of value that I want to sell, I will as soon as I find someone willing to pay. I don't care how it came to be in my possession.

Ah, I looked again and it looks as you described.

I was referring to Steam games in your Gift Basket - those can't be sold for money. *shrugs*

But yet they can only control internal sales within their ecosystem. If the sales transaction can be made outside Steam, there is nothing stopping anyone. I'm sure the one making the purchase knows it is gifted to them. And if they don't care about buying a gifted item, I'm not sure I care if Steam does.

But it's against Steam's ToS, which is illegal, and TS's rules say that is not allowed.

I got some extra keys I wanna trade. Well, just one for now. Dead Space 2. I'm not all that much into horror games although I do enjoy the PainKiller series. If anybody wants it let me know what you can trade for it. Thanks.
