System error Category:102 EventID:1003

Hello everyone,

I've searched the forums and noticed others have come across this problem to but I wasn't able to find the solution. I was running a load test on my Windows 2003 server and the server crashed. When I logged in I received a message along the lines of

"System was shut down to prevent harm........ System Error- Category:102 EventID:1003 Description: Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf8b3c33, parameter3 b8ff09b4, parameter4 00000000."

Anyone know what's the solution to this problem?

the first error code is quite common - have a look at the Microsoft Knowledge Base on

for some ideas.
