Task manager does not work (ctrl+alt+delete)

I have tried ctrl+alt+delete and also the right clock on the taskbar but the task manager does not show. I don't nkow whether it is some option that is desabled or is ti something else(like a virus or ...)Please help

First go HERE and see if that helps.

If it doesn`t, go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Then, post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
