Task manager runs but not showing anything pic attatched

When I do Ctr+Alt+delete or any other way the task manager opens but to a way where the main box where anything would show up does not show and at the botom of the screen as shown in the pic the program has no name but you can tell its a task manager I dont know what to do about it makes me mad and its not tiny footprints
