The Outer Worlds 2 is officially Microsoft's first $80 game

It's not the first... the most recent Microsoft Flight Simulator is also 80€ (despite most customers on Steam not recommending it, they've got some balls).

Either way, it's WAY too much for a game. Especially an Outer Worlds game given its track record, but it's too much for any game. 70€ is also too much. I'm not paying either.
Yes - but that is a poor comparison choice. MSF is a highly technical intricate game. Its bugginess is due to this to fact coupled with a lack of human staff to fix and roll out patches etc. The OuterWorlds 1 is bland and lifeless game, devoid of depth and actual game play. To follow up with a 2nd that has exceptions to be in similar vein for $80 is ludicrous. If MSF was maintained then a high price can be justified. OW2 on the other hand will be a flop because it'll be more empty junk and because of backlash over pricing.

My pronouns are nonbuynary when it comes to games released in the past few years. The only games I've bought recently are Helldivers 2 and the glorious Yasuke Simulator.

I will not buy GTA VI as I haven't played GTA V (Online) for years due to the cheaters and how boring the game is.
I find it hilarious how folks cuck themselves to joy. Well done you, you made me laugh! GTA 5 over time hasnt aged welled certainly - they've strung it out for far too long. But it wasn't boring at release, hence you played it like most of us. And neither will GTA 6. We all want a go on it.

Novelty wears off quickly. I played it because of the people I played with but we all quit as we outgrew the game. It's incredible to me that they've earned so much money with all the cheaters and a very stale game.
