Inactive Trojan-clicker.win32.wistler.a virus detected in MBR need help removing

Hi there,
I used TDSSkiller to try to eliminate wistler virus from my computer.
i have done extensive investigation on several different forums and found this to ultimately find this virus.
i am stuck at this point and need some professional help to try to eliminate this horrible, annoying virus.
