Trojan gxlib, help?

Hi there

I'm running Norton antivirus and it has alerted me to a virus with a pop-up box. The virus is described as Trojan.LowZones, the file gxlib.exe. I've located the file on my hard drive but when I try to delete it I just get an access denied, file is write-protected or in use error message. I've tried to use Norton to delete or quarantine it, but that doesn't work either. I'm sure my Norton updates and definitions are fine.

Any suggestions?
