Solved Trojan:Win32/Occamy.C43

My windows defender detected trojan named "Trojan:Win32/Occamy.C43". I tried removing it with windows defende but it says it can't complete the action. Please help me removing it.

I also tried to scan with Malwarebytes, Totalav and avast but they didn't detect anything
