If I have a window minimized, and then try to open it to do something in it, it goes back to minimized when I try to get my cursor on it. The only way I can slow it up is using the right mouse button. This is extremely annoying to try and use.There needs to be a delay to in minimization allow one to get the cursor moved to the new window.
