my tv card "kozumi ktv01c" have one problem when im trying to run it appeer "ERROR FindInterface_IID_IAMTVTuner" somebody knows what can I do. :hotouch:

I couldn't make out what the error means. However I suggest that you uninstall the driver of the device and then reinstall it. If it is not a serious problem this action may fix it.

Hi

it means that when Im trying to run the program, it tryed to open but before be running, it open a window and inside this window apeer "ERROR FindInterface_IID:IAMTVTuner", I was trying to reinstall the software, update the software, and the program continue the same "ERROR..." the support email in the customer service is the worst, they never reply.
