I have a 40" RCA LCD TV (RLCD4063A)
That makes faint rippling vertical lines often, but not all the time, sometimes its hardley noticeable other times its all over
The lines usually appear faint black, other times bright red
like I said it doesnt always do it, sometimes I notice them everyday for a week and the not at all the next
the ammount and intensity of the lines appears to be completely random, and they can stop appearing in an instant
they appear much more frequently in brighter pictures
It appears across all devices attached, Xbox One/360 dvd player ect
