Ah yes, many leftists rail on the delusional ramblings of Marx. Marx believed you could abolish the state and rules in the long run, once we were all living in one big happy family of equality or some bullsh*t (it’s been a long time since I read it).In addition to this great response, right is defined by conservatism and natural human order (ie, family, traditions, religious freedom) and the left by progressivism which really just means to break with natural human orders as they are "social constructs" to try to achieve a lofty goal of equity, which they don't even know what that means themselves because it can't really exist in reality
The problem is it’s absolute tosh. Marx stories are more of a fantasy tale than Lord of the rings! If you look at actual real socialist and communist governments around the world they tend to be heavily authoritarian. The problem is that left wing ideology relies on everyone working together, if someone or rather a minority do not agree the left won’t even blink before using the authority of the state to bring people in line. Leftism would be great if everyone wanted it. But they don’t.
