Ok matrix, yes, i agree one day that tech will come along, but are you really standing up for people to buy it now like "Guest" is?

hello ...

the technology for glass-less 3D exists, but is too expensive to create bigger monitors & for console gaming & HD movies, better have a 32" + monitor, so we can wait till the price drops to see it coming, maybe by 2012 indeed (if we are still around LOL!)

with constant improvement in technology, we'll see this evolve quite soon & those saying it will fail, either doesn't really look back objectively or are scared of the technology.

The headache issue exist, as well as epilepsy ... not everyone can & should use any form of such technology, but like i said before, if you can touch a part of the customers, it's all but business!

have you people ever read the comments made in the past about technology (don't remember 'em all!) 'bt memory would be enough, a few computers in only a few houselholds, etc ... technology will move, always & we can't fight it, it's either you like (or can stand) it or hate it (or will feel sick with) ... so it's a choice, go or no go, it will be successful, for not everyone has made the HD jump & now they will do the 3D jump.

as long as they don't get a glass-less monitor, i'm not sure in buying a new TV, but i've seen a 3D LED TV, the Only thing is it's price-tag. i shall buy a 120Hz PC monitor for way less & try the technology on my PC + PS3 then later on, after robbing a bank :)P) or winning the Loto, why not !

based on my former positive experiences on 3D .. oh btw, i took those IMAX dox i watched in 3D on an SD & tried them (up-scaled) off my PS3 & HDTV, the great effect is still there, not totally impressed, but happy about it.

cheers!
