Unexpected restarts Minidumps attached

I have a Compaq proliant server (DL380 G1) which has recently strated to blue screen and restart. I receive Event id 1003 on restart but cannot track down the cause. I have attached a handful minidumps to see if anyone can shed any light as to why this is happening.

All your minidumps crash with a bugcheck of A, several reference the driver vsp.sys. This is part of your Veritas software.

Try updating the vsp.sys driver. Check for any patches that might be available.

Thanks for the quick response Howard. The machine does have the remote agents for backup exec installed, i will investigate furthur from here. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
