Universal Serial Bus on MotherBoard

A time ago I was plugging in to many USB devices at the same time. I had received a message saying that a power problem had occurred. Since then I have been unable to use the two ports, and I have looked up multiple guides on how to fix this. Nothing has worked, and I have run out of options. I do not have the disk anymore for the drivers.

Just a note to any one, Keep the driver disk, not that would have helped, but there is always a chance u might need to reinstall the operating system.
