Upgrade form within Win 7 to Win 10 while keeping this partition table ( two partitions ) ?

I have two partitions ( C: System, D: Data ) on my Win 7 Pro 64,
can I upgrade form within Win 7 to Win 10 while keeping this partition table ( two partitions ) ?

You should be able to. Win 10 should go in on your win 7 partition.
