Upgrading my laptop

In general you can only upgrade the RAM and hard disc, CD/DVD rom in laptops. A few NEW laptops allow graphics board swapping. Most -90% of laptops have integrated graphics and hard soldered CPUs. It's best not to mess with the guts. I do not recommend overclocking - especially for a laptop. Laptops tend to run hot and OCing generates even more heat which is difficult to remove in an enclosed tight case.

Adding RAM is easy and especially useful in laptops where it also saves battery life. The less page file swapping, the more battery life you get because the hd isn't used as much.

You might be able to upgrade the CPU - but it isn't worth it the potential problems.

Why don't you try the game and see if it works? Its not like the game costs money.

Likely the reason you are seeing 504 is because your integrated graphics stole 8 megs of your real RAM to use for onboard. So no, you don't have 128Megs for graphics. Bummer.

Try to run the game anyway.
