USB Secure 1.5.8 problem

hi..i used this softwere to encrypt my data. now suddenly i opened my memory card through a card reader to use my data but i saw that the softwere was jst not there !! i checked the properties of the mem card but it showed the size filled ehich actually my card took. but i cant access my data,
what should i do?
i need that data !!!
help plz
