Username/password lost after resetting iphone 4s

Some time ago I made a mistake downloading an app & could not find out how to stop it from sending me notifications so to make a looong story short, I ended up resetting my iphone 4s so when I go to a friends place, it don't auto connect to his wifi but my ipad does. I did a google search but that was mainly for apple id. I did look in my ipad but found nothing although it has never been reset & auto connects when I'm at my friends place.
Is there a way to find the username/password on my ipad so I can reenter it on my iphone? TIA
