I'm quite confused here by your comment and some other dudes previous. How did Sony wait it out? I thought they were first out of the gate(not counting Nintendo). We don't know what the PS4 looks like....and what kinda storage it will have. There is a pretty short list of question marks regarding the PS4. Can you clarify?

Sony was criticized for showing features and games but not the system. Now Microsoft for showing the system, features and glancing over the games. These reveals can't be that long or that in depth can they? At what point does it become a launch? And at what point is it a teaser? And at what point does this all become moot, and the motivation behind wasting money and time on people who just want to be heard bitching fades?

I'm excited! New systems are coming out soon! This is from someone who plays almost exclusively on the PC and that's not changing anytime soon.

They waited to see what MS would reveal.

lol. I cannot judge till I See the PS4 as I said. The fact that MS showed off hardware is what impressed me haha.

Its probably going to be a while before we see PS4 hardware. Hopefully its a bit more stylish then the Xbox One.

I think Microsoft paid certain websites quite a large sum of money to make the new "Xbox One" look good you know, Wired in particular, at almost every turn they're like "the xbox has 8GB of RAM, the same as the PS4" but completely fail to mention the PS4 RAM spec states GDDR5, while I know Microsoft is being quite about it, its pretty safe to say its DDR3.

God I can't wait till E3 and get all the facts xD it'll make arguing so much easier xD

Yeah they only showed the box. They actually gave less in terms of specs and features. And even though they had it on a pedestal nobody actually picked the controller and used it. (even the Kinect part was not live, they could not do it live because of the noise and other problems in a live show)

It's not like the PS4 impressed anybody, but you have to admit that just showing the box is kinda lame.

Meh, the PS4 impressed me with its spec's, they were much better than I expected, and it had actual proper, playable games on tap, I was quite annoyed they didn't show the actual thing it has to be said.

But your right, it turns out its much lamer to show the box and not any content! Another thing Sony has done cleverly.

My issue is, I like to buy new consoles when they come out as they do last a while, but I'm only prepared to invest in one platform, its a desision I've gotta make before October and so far the ps4 is winning by a country mile, hell:

Just their websites tell the story, Microsoft isn't interested in games anywhere near as much as the playStation, hopefully they can turn this round at E3 as my mind is almost made up.

Huh... They reckon the ps4 has 50% more graphical power than the new Xbox, that's a much bigger gap than between the Xbox 360 and ps3 that's for sure!

Like I said before. The PS4 Is going to be better hardware wise then the new XBOX. At least IMO.

I just got info that the XBOX ONE is going to use GDDR5 memory dedicated to the RAM and that the DDR3 is going to be for the CPU. Don't know if this is right. Where as the PS4 will use GDDR5 memory for both.

The CPU uses RAM..... there cannot be two forms of it unless the GDDR5 is for the GPU.
