I read the 2004 post on this problem here. It gives a solution but requires that the Recycler be renamed.
I have searched with everything I have and cannot locate the recycler file on my system (MS Search utilty, Command prompt cd C:\Recycler, etc.)
Any suggestions?
I get the recycle bin is corrupt alert - the recycle bin opens with 1 empty folder in it - when I delete a file it does not go to the Bin it is permanently deleted.
Puzzled - is this a new MS "feature" I'm not aware of?
Thanks/
