Win/10 Local Accounts difficult to create

Microsoft not only encourages the use of the M$ Online Account, but now making it difficult to use the Local Account -- who knows what lies ahead.

Our experiences with the October 2018 Update nearly convinced us that local accounts were gone for good. They’re not, thank goodness, but Out-of-the-Box Experience (OOBE) in that version pushes you particularly hard toward using a Microsoft account. We discovered two workarounds, though, to allow you to log in as you wish.​

Online accounts annoy me greatly. I dont remember what it was, but after some error and problems I had with an online acc, I left it for good.
