Win32.Backdoor-DRM how do I remove this?

I have a Dell Laptop and I use it for internet , school, music etc.
I somehow got this Win32.Backdoor-DRM Trojan and i have the AVG virus protection but whenever i do scans, it doesnt find it. I've tried so many virus programs but it won't find it and remove it. So, how do i remove it?

Do i have to reformat my computer?
Right now my internet seems to be working but before it just wouldn't come on, it would block my internet!

Look elsewhere on this forum for the 8-Steps removal process, and run all the suggestions exactly, then post the logs of the results here.
AVG has not been successful in finding that Trojan. If the free version, it might be time to uninstall it, and install AVAST, Avira Antivir, Kaspersky, or one of the other more successful antivirus programs.
