Hi folks,
on my external HDD I have two windows backup files. One is My Documents as it currently is, another is an "archive" of files that I wanted to hang on to but didn't need on a daily basis.
when I go into windows backup to open up the Archive.bkf file, it doesn't open. Windows Backup doesn't even see that two backup files exist on my external HDD even though I can browse to it, but not load it.
I found some "free" utility called RecoveryFix-BKFRepair... downloaded from site
http://freemedia.realgage.com/recoveryfix-for-bkf-40201.html
...
Is this a legitimate program or am I just begging to get a virus if I run it?
Has anyone used this particular program?
Thanks in advance,
