Windows Installer 4.5 for Vista SP2 exist or no?

Well starting from the start!

I can't install iTunes because of: "There is a problem with the Windows Installer".

I can't install any of the 4.5 Windows Installers because of: "This update is not for your system".

I can't install any of older 3.0 versions because of: "There is not enough storage space".


So is there a Windows Installer for Vista SP2?
