Windows Random Restart

okay I opened Yahoo messenger and like after 2 minutes after it opened, bam, my computer just restarted.
No BSOD, so I'm still BSOD free, It just restarted, I didn't press anything wrong. I'm like a 6 year windows veterian (lol I'm only 14). But anyways I know what I am doing. So It just restarted and I saw my computer counting Ram, like it does on every boot (I don't have quick boot enabled). I would reinstall xp but I have got Office 2003 on it, and I lent my Office 2003 cd to a friend. And some other important files and programs are still on it that I can't back up.
This sometimes happens also when I'm typing stuff on yahoo mail (on the actual website)

I got this after the restart

these files were going to be included in the error report
C:\DOCUME~1\Joy\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9f86.dir00\Mini080209-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Joy\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9f86.dir00\sysdata.xml

and this
BCCode : 19 BCP1 : 00000020 BCP2 : E34663A8 BCP3 : E3466470
BCP4 : 0C19040C OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

Any help would highly be appreciated

Sounds like you got the BSOD somwhere in there. try following these steps and post your logs.
Also, you can post all your dump files too.

I don't get the bsod either, the comp will just restart itself while I'm in the middle of something wihout any error messages or anything like that.
And if I did this correctly the logs should be attached.
