Windows refuses to start on boot

Hi,

The issue is with my mom's computer. She got a virus in it - XP Antivirus 2011. Using multiple removal program, I managed to remove it and it was working fine. After of few hours of working, it automatically restarted itself.
When it gets to the Windows splash screen, it restarts again, right away.

After restarting, it gives me options to start in Save Mode and Last Good Known setting. None of them work. The result is the same as I described previously.

Some background info:
Harddrive is around 2 years old. There are two RAMS. One that came with manufacturer and one I installed later myself (probably around 2 years old as well.)

Suggestions please?

I also wanted to mention that my CMOS battery is dying, so could that be the problem?

I though about repairing windows through Windows CD, but I does not give me the option to Boot from the CD.
