Windows startup fail

Hey guys. I was having a startup issue so ran a disk check but am still getting BSOD errors at the windows xp loading screen even when trying to enter safe mode. The error code is: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x8ACCB828, 0xC0000102, 0X00000000). I cannot find any forum posts relating to this error type, so any feedback would be much appreciated.

Please download Partition Wizard's Bootable CD, and check your hard disk/os partition with it. There is a chance that your file system may be damged, which is causing this issue.

There is alternative as well, i.e. TestDisk, which can do the same for you.
