yea i just installed a new mobo and a cpu, and when i turn the comp on it shows the mobo stuff, but when i put either the mobo disk in or the windows xp disk it wont load them... help plz... like do ihave to formatt my hdd beucase i still have the old mobo xp version on there? do i have to delete it?

Your problem is caused by your hard drive containing all the drivers for your old hardware and it`s just not going to work with the new stuff.
The chances are, you will need to reformat and reinstall from scratch. Having said that, you might be lucky and get away with a Windows repair as per this thread HERE.
