Windows XP Installing

So I had old PC I wanted to reinstall windows on it so I had a usb stick which I used to reinstall it after it had done it things the PC rebooted after which I realised that my BIOS doesn't support usb boot so I installed that installation of windows on to CD (CD-R) I set my boot load to boot from CD and the Pc frozen on black screen with "Certifying DMI Pool Data ........ Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM: Press any key to boot from CD ....... " Yes I did press keys but it keeps frozen.

You can reboot your PC from CD drive mode. Just install ultra iSO premium version of software and install versio. Just right click on disk image which store in your PC another hard drive and mount to virtual drive J,K anything in your PC. Now restart PC and start setup from virtual disk its help to format your PC without CD or USB drive
