Windows XP Repair Issues

Hi, I recently encountered a problem on one of my pcs concerning lsass.exe. After booting up, an error message would pop up instead of going to the desktop and after clicking ok, the pc would restart and the same thing would happen. I decided to repair windows using the reinstall disk. Everything was going along swimmingly until the repair froze at 33min remaining. I tried to restart hoping that I could at least log into windows through safe mode, but the repair screen keeps resuming and there are some very important tax infos. I need off of it. If anyone has any advice on how to get into desktop just long enough for me to get that information i need, I'd deeply appreciate it.

Lsass.exe has probably been altered by a virus... Try this removal tool:

Change 33 to 34 and google it. I saw a Microsoft document about it recently, but can't remember the name. It's a fairly common problem.

Put inverted commas around the phrase and add +XP.
