Microsoft has released Service Pack 1 for Office 2003, the update includes all prior hotfixes released:

Office 2003 Critical Update: KB828041
Word 2003 Update: KB830000
The full installer weights in at 73,9MB so it's obvius that there are quite many bugfixes included. Go to their download page and get it if you need it.
