Toshiba chose today to unveil their newest notebook editions, the Tecra M3 and S2. Naturally, these feature Intel's Centrino mobile technology, and Pentium M processors. All the usual bits and pieces are there, including integrated wireless local-area network connectivity, GeForce Go 6 Series PCI Express bus graphics, wireless Gigabit Ethernet (for the M3), V.92 modem, optional Bluetooth, CD writer and DVD-ROM selections depending on model. The laptops also come with trusted platform module encryption chips, providing file storage protection at a high standard.
